⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- All saved parking locations and coordinates
- Parking history and timestamps
- App preferences and settings
- Any locally stored user data
Data Retention Policy
After account deletion:
- All personal data is immediately deleted from your device
- No data is stored on external servers (all data is local)
- No backup or recovery options are available
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 2: Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account (if applicable)
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request - ParkFinder"
- Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent
Step 3: We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Alternative Method
You can also delete your account directly from within the ParkFinder app. Open the app settings and look for the "Delete Account" option to permanently remove all your data.
